When you place an order, we process your name, phone number, optional e-mail address, delivery address, order details and any note you provide. We use these data to accept, prepare, deliver and record your order.
Order data are processed mainly to perform the contract and comply with legal duties. Order records may be kept for 3 years; accounting documents are retained for the statutory period, generally 10 years.
Data may be available to delivery staff, technical hosting/e-mail providers and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data for marketing purposes.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. Consent can be withdrawn when processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Office.
